Description

Drab and sludge in your pond are usually the cause of reduction of oxygen in your pond water. In addition, the drab increases the ammonia values and create lumps in your (biological) filters. In short it causes a disturbance in your water quality. Clear-Zyme blocks contain the perfect combination of bacteria and enzymes that break down and eliminate your dirty bottom layer. The best time to use your Clear-Zyme blocks is in the spring and autumn, so that a biological balance is achieved in your pond and the loss of your plants and fish is drastically reduced.

  • Per treatment, per 1000 liters of water, use 2 Clear-Zyme blocks;
  • For smaller ponds of less than 1,000 liters, use on a pro rata basis (for example, 1 Clear-Zyme block to 500 liters of water);
  • The Clear-Zyme blocks are good to use in conjunction with the Pond Block (algae removal standard).

    When will I receive my order?

    The average delivery time is 1 to 2 business days, if the items are in stock. Articles that are not in stock take a little longer to deliver. We do everything we can to meet the promised delivery time. If this is unexpectedly not possible, we will inform you. After your order you will receive a track & trace code.     By whom will the delivery be carried out?

    We work together with the delivery service DHL. As soon as your order leaves our house, you will receive a track and trace code so you can follow your package. The DHL will attempt to deliver the parcel on the specified dispatch date. You are not at home? Then the deliveryman will try to deliver the parcel at the neighbours. If this also fails, the parcel is taken to the nearest DHL service point. Here it will stay for 5 days for you to pick it up. DHL will always leave a note behind with instructions. Also via the track & trace code you can see where you can pick up the package.

    How can I track my order?

    After placing your order you will receive a track & trace code (DHL). Through this code you can find the most current status of your order.

    Our plants are grown with the utmost care. Special attention is paid to the development and growth of the plant. When packing your order, a quality control also takes place. So you can be sure that the plants you buy from us are in perfect health.

    Have you received plants and are you not sure of the quality? Let us know within 48 hours after delivery, using this form. Please include a photo so we can take a look and advise you. If it turns out that the plants are really not of good quality, we will of course give you a guarantee on your purchase.
