Setting up Ecoworld Box in 6 easy steps
Lucky Marimo Moss balls, rooted in Japanese culture, symbolize happiness and eternal love. These unique aquatic plants, nurtured in clear glass terrariums, are often given as gifts to promote prosperity and healthy living. Their green, velvety appearance and soft round shape make them not only a natural decoration but also a talisman for good luck in homes and offices.
1. Placement of Ecoworld Box
Place your Ecoworld Box of carnivorous plants in a location with constant airflow, away from drafty areas. Avoid direct placement next to windows to avoid exposure to extreme temperatures. Provide a bright location at room temperature, essential for plant growth. Once you've chosen the perfect spot, it's time to set up the box.
2. Assemble water reservoir
Place the water reservoir made of recycled plastic inside the wooden Ecoworld Box. This reservoir serves as an inner container so that excess water not absorbed by the plants is collected in the inner container.
3. Furnishing water reservoir
Spread the substrate in the bag provided evenly over the bottom of the water tank. This serves as firm soil for the plants.

4. Plant the plants
Put the 3 plants in the water tank on the layer of substrate. Place the plants at an equal distance from each other and push them slightly into the substrate so that they stand firmly.
5. Fill with soil and moss
Fill the space between the plants with the included soil so that the plants stand firm and they can absorb the nutrients from the soil. Cover the soil with the moss provided so you get a nice green top layer.
6. Installing a water meter
In the corner of the furnished container, make a hole in the earth with your fingers where the water meter will be placed. Before poking the water meter into this hole, fill the water reservoir with up to 950ml of water.
7. Water meter installation
Insert the water meter black side down into the hole and press the moss around the meter well so that the water meter stands firmly.

The water meter may be blocked by a grain of earth. When you notice that the water meter no longer shoots up, it is best to rinse the water meter well under the faucet and put it back in the box. this will probably solve the problem.
Yes, the inner tray is intended to collect excess water that cannot be absorbed directly by the plants in this inner tray. Without an inner tray, the water would go straight into the wooden Ecoworld box and the box may leak.
